2010 is finding us very busy. Susan has work in the new Sandwich Bureau venue at 60 Wood Street which looks like a very good place for lunch as well as a nice venue in which to view and purchase art work. Following a very successful day both David and Susan will again be at Art in the Park at Coronation Gardens which is on the promenade at West Kirby on 5 September. This is proving a great place to see and purchase work directly from local professionals. David is preparing some fantastic pieces for the Wirral Open in the autumn. The Liverpool Biennial/Independents happens again this year. As part of the Independents Susan will be at 60 Wood Street for the first month starting from 17 September and then David will join her for the second month 8 - 31 October at 26 Argyle Street at the 6 Rooms Gallery in Birkenhead. The gallery will be open from 11.30 to 6pm all week. Susan will then exhibit some work at the House of Fraser Store, Beatties, in Birkenhead. Susan also has work in Bluestone Financial Services in Bromborough which is also for sale. David will be participating in The Big Draw at the Williamson on 24 October so you can catch him there if you want a chat. The exhibition at the Gallery was quite nice and saw 11 pieces of work going to nice new owners consequently there is a lot of new work being exhibited. We recently walked the Camino del Santiago de Compestela in Galicia Northern Spain and there wil be some work to come from that. Catch us as well on www.redbubble.com/people/susanbrown or www.redbubble.com/people/davidartshed. there will be a private view for the 6 rooms gallery exhibition. If you wish to be invited to that or any other exhibitions please leave us your contact details.
Please visit the Independents site www.independentsbiennial.org for information on this wonderful Merseyside art festival. And of course the Liverpool Biennial website for the major events by artists not from the local area.
